Helping You Feel More Grounded in an Overwhelming World.

If you’ve felt overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from yourself, or like you “push though” life while hiding parts of yourself, you are not alone.

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in genuine human connection.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself while building practical tools for emotional balance, self-trust, and meaningful change.

I work especially well with people who:

  • Struggle with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or emotional shutdown

  • Tend to intellectualize emotions while still feeling stuck underneath

  • Identify as neurodivergent or feel different in how they experience the world

  • Grew up without consistent emotional safety, attunement, or validation

  • Live with chronic stress, chronic pain, or chronic health conditions

  • Feel exhausted from masking, over-functioning, or navigating invalidating environments

My Approach

I’m a therapist with a social work background who takes a strengths-based, trauma informed, and non-pathologizing approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life and therapy should adapt to you rather than forcing you into a rigid model of healing. Some sessions may be more reflective and emotionally deep, while others may be more structured and skill-focused. Throughout the process, I aim to balance insight, emotional depth, and practical tools.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand that no two minds process the world the same way. Just as neurodivergence exists on a spectrum, so do neurotypical experiences. I aim to create a space that meets you where you are with flexibility, curiosity, and compassion.

What Sessions May Look Like

Sessions with me are tailored to your needs and may include:

  • Guided emotional exploration

  • Somatic practices to strengthen mind-body connection

  • Tools to unhook from anxiety spirals and harsh self-criticism

  • Nervous system regulation and grounding skills

  • Exploring protective patterns with curiosity rather than shame

  • Practical reflection and collaborative problem-solving
